  • We handle all negotiations between you and the buyer (or the agent working with the buyer) using DocuSign.
  • We accept and present all offers. Offers will be delivered directly to Realtor® Caleb Payne.
  • We prepare all necessary counter offers, amendments, addendums and notices.
  • We hold earnest money in our trust account if needed.
  • We schedule the closing at a local title company and assist in ordering title work/title commitment insurance.
  • We review the settlement statement with you prior to closing.
  • We do not attend closing.
